Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays if applicable.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Exclusive delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Abuja.

* Standard delivery uses NIPOST to deliver your item to your location. The charge is ₦500 for Abuja and ₦700 for orders in Lagos.

For orders in Lagos using Standard Shipping, if your item wasn’t delivered to your location then you have to pick it up in your nearest Post Office.

Express Shipping either use FedEx or private Logistics within 24 hours or less than 3 hours when orders are placed before 3pm in Abuja or 48 hours in Lagos.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Viogle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Viogle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping in cases. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will help you recover your item or refund when necessary.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Nigeria

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Payment Method

We accept payments through credit or debit card (ATM card) using a secure gateway, Paystack. We accept bank or mobile transfer. You need to wait until your payment is verified before we process your order.

Pay on delivery is only available to orders within Abuja, Lagos, Delta, Port Harcourt at the moment.
